The SFI’s Photo Archive is part of the Documentation and Library Services Department of the National Film Archive. It contains photographic materials (photographs, photo negatives, transparencies, photo albums, postcards) related, in particular, to the production of Slovak films (work shots, stills from films) and their promotions (distribution photographs). The photographic materials included in the archive collections are not available for loan in order to protect them, and they can leave the archive only in justified cases. Photo materials are made available by digital reproduction, on the basis of a written order. These and other services of the SFI’s Photo Archive are provided to the public in accordance with the Loan Regulations Governing Access to Film Copies of Audiovisual Works and Audiovisual Recordings, Archived Documents and Collectibles and Access to Related Services of the National Film Archive.
